Getting started
Make an account, share your first file, send the link.
Create an account
Go to signup. You need an email and a password of 6 characters or more. No card, no activation email — you're in.
Your first link (30 seconds)
- Open the converter.
- Drop any drawing, board file, scan or image onto the big area.
- Pick the visibility — public is the default.
- Copy the link. You can paste it into email, chat, or a doc.
The viewer
The page your recipient opens when they click the link. Works on any recent browser, mobile included.
Moving around
- Scroll / pinch — zoom in and out.
- Drag — pan around.
- Double-tap on mobile — zoom to where you touched.
- + / − buttons in the corner — one click per step.
What loads when
The overview renders first in a few dozen KB — that's why the link is light. As you zoom, the viewer quietly fetches more detail for the spot under your eye. You never wait for the whole thing.
Account & billing
Plans in one paragraph
Free gets three links a month and 10 MB files. Pro (€15/mo) gives you unlimited links, 200 MB files, a year of link history and password-protected sharing. Studio (€49/mo) adds five seats, a team library and analytics. Enterprise is custom — SSO, audit logs, self-hosted option.
Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling
- Change plan from billing. New plans apply immediately.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rata.
- Cancel at any time. Your links keep working for 30 days on the Free limits.
API keys
Pro and above can generate an API key from account and upload programmatically. A starter client ships with the account page.
FAQ
Is my file uploaded to the demo on the homepage?
No. The homepage demo runs entirely in your browser — it never leaves your machine. Only when you create an account and use the converter does the file upload to your workspace.
Can I password-protect a public link?
Yes, on Pro and above. Open the file on the files page, set a password, and share it separately from the link.
Does the viewer work offline?
Once a page has opened, the overview is cached and you can re-zoom without a connection. New detail requires being online.
What file types are supported?
Drawings (DXF, DWG, IFC), 3D (STL, OBJ, STEP), boards (Gerber, KiCad), medical scans (DICOM), plus plain images and PDFs. Anything else still uploads — just without domain-specific optimizations.
Who do I talk to for enterprise?
Email info@mirrorfractal.com — a human replies within one business day.
